These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gensuki platform, including NFT launchpad, token launchpad, DEX aggregation services, Web3 domains, and related features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gensuki, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Services

Gensuki provides a decentralized infrastructure that permits users to mint, purchase, and launch non-fungible token (NFT) collections, execute token allocations, and utilize decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregation protocols. Additionally, the platform provides tools for registering Web3 domain names and participating in community campaigns, referral initiatives, and incentive programs.

3. Changes to Services

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You maintain sole and absolute custody of your digital wallets, private keys, and blockchain-based assets. You acknowledge full accountability for all transactions executed through your connected wallet, and you accept the responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform conforms to the legal mandates of your local jurisdiction. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

5. Risk Disclosure

Participation in NFTs, tokens, and Web3 services involves significant risk. Prices are highly volatile and may fluctuate rapidly. You may lose all or part of your funds.

You agree that you participate entirely at your own risk and that Gensuki does not guarantee any returns or outcomes.

6. No Financial Advice

Gensuki does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All content is for informational purposes only.

7. Campaigns & Rewards

Gensuki may offer collaborative campaigns, contests, and reward programs with third-party partners.

Rewards are typically distributed within 7–14 days after campaign completion but may vary depending on conditions.

Pool-based rewards are distributed based on a user’s percentage share of total cumulative participation volume.

Gensuki reserves the right to modify campaign terms, conditions, or reward structures at any time, including before or during a campaign.

8. Token & Reward Volatility

Token rewards and digital assets are subject to extreme market volatility. Their value may increase or decrease significantly.

Gensuki does not control token prices and is not responsible for any loss in value or financial loss incurred.

9. Third-Party Services

Gensuki integrates with third-party protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain networks. We do not control or guarantee their functionality, security, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gensuki disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This disclaimer covers any loss of digital funds, damages resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits, adverse market price movements, and failures or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers or integrated Web3 networks.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Gensuki or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own created assets where applicable.

12. Accounts & Wallets

By connecting a wallet, you agree that our platform does not hold custody of, control, or maintain access to your private credentials. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse unauthorized transactions. You accept full responsibility for implementing secure practices to protect your wallet and associated digital holdings.

13. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

14. Changes to Terms

Gensuki reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
